We all feel like shit sometimes and it always sucks. Start by trying to see where the shitty feeling is coming from and kill it with fire. Okay maybe a bit aggressive... Identifying triggers is a good step to apprehending them for next time, so keep a mental checklist and see if you notice a pattern emerging. Do something that’s nice for you so the shitiness doesn’t continue, text a mate, paint your nails or listen to some absolute bangers. While it is tempting to sit and stew, which you can most definitely do for a lil bit, pulling yourself out of it is what you want. You are the love of your own damn life so when shit hits the fan, you’ve got this. Take control of the things you can, let go of the ones you can’t and be good to yourself.
